Won't you please consider some form of donation or contribution to help build this critically needed program that will support the almost forgotten and ignored needs of those children, with autism, who become adults? These adults and or their families are left to fend for themselves with extremely limited community programs. These adults are unique and are fully capable of being active and important contributors to society, if only provided an opportunity and the necessary supports to reach their full potential.
Until we have enough funds to open a separate checking account for Autism in Community, you can contact us via our contact page indicating you'd like to donate to our start-up endeavors. DO NOT send us financial info in the email. Just indicate you'd like to donate, and you will be contacted by phone to discuss donation options, so please be sure to indicate the best PHONE number and time to contact you.
We will soon accept donations via PayPal. You won't need a PayPal account to donate, if you have a valid credit card. You can make a one-time donation, or set up a monthly or annually recurring donation.

Autism in Community is in it's start-up stage, but has a national vision of building a sustaining program to help adults with ASD reach personal goals, and live as independently as possible. Because our founder, herself, lives on a limited income, is unemployed, and has no personal assets or savings, it will be the community at-large who will help fund and grow this program.
We do plan to initiate a crowdfunding campaign early fall 2015, obtain program sponsors and financial supporters, and apply to foundations for grants. Many substantial resources will not become available until the organization receives its non-profit status from the IRS. Until we can obtain our non-profit status, it will be families and friends of those who have direct ties to the autism community who will help us establish our financial foundation.
